December 21, 2016When President and CEO of Resource Asset Management Solutions Tony Christian learned that a small Southeast Kansas school lacked the funding to allow the school to offer the latest tools and technology to their student body; he stepped up and offered assistance.

Edna, Kansas is a small town located in Labette County, Kansas. Last census count had the town’s population at 415 people. The small elementary school located off the main road was built in 1971 and has been providing the local elementary aged children a quality education since that time. But budget cuts in the state of Kansas have left little room for technology upgrades for schools, let alone a school the size of Edna Elementary School. So when Mr. Christian learned of their need to expand the technological opportunities offer to the students, he decided to lend a hand with a generous donation that allowed the school’s technology department to purchase 20 iPad’s with cases and two Kensington multi-unit charging stations. On December 3rd, Mr. Christian stopped by the school to meet the students and see how they were putting the new iPad’s to use.
